shipping & returns
We hope that you love all your purchases from Diddle & Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. All personalized items are FINAL SALE, including but not limited to monograms, initials, and names.
If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags in tact.
We do not offer exchanges outside of the 14 day timeframe. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email customerservice@diddleandco.com to facilitate the exchange process. Items will only be granted for exchange if the size you need is available; if the size in unavailable and you are within the 14 day window, a return will be processed and given as a store credit.
Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you are local, a drop-off can be arranged - email us at customerservice@diddleandco.com to schedule a drop off.
To begin the return process, simply email customerservice@diddleandco.com for instructions. Then ship your item to:

Please make sure to include the name or email used to purchase the item and your order number. The order number can be found on the order confirmation sent to your email. Please package your item neatly, and in paper of some kind, to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at customerservice@diddleandco.com and forward photos of any damage.
